Types of visits:
In person Well Woman/Person Exam
1 hour 15 minutes
Cost $150 for new patients ($90 for those who need it to be). $140 for existing patients.
A well woman/person exam at Mother Bloom Wellness Clinic is a comprehensive, preventive health visit that blends conventional gynecological care with holistic, patient-centered approaches to optimize long-term wellness. Includes a comprehensive health history, physical, preventative screenings (potentially including a pap, breast exam, lab work or referrals), lifestyle counseling and discussion, integrative modalities all with education and shared decision making at the core. Labs are billed separately.
Virtual Well Woman/Person exam
1 hour
Cost $125 for new patients ($70 for those who need it to be). $115 for existing patients.
A virtual well woman/person exam at Mother Bloom Wellness Clinic is a telehealth consultation for routine gynecological and reproductive health, focusing on consultation, risk assessment, and counseling/education rather than physical examination. It allows for discussing contraception, menopause, menstrual issues, lab results, referrals or whatever is needed for those unable to be seen in person. Can still include labs which are billed separately.
