Midwifery / Doula Services

Consultations are available to folks living in the Blue Hill, Maine area. Consultations begin with an initial visit that is usually about one to two hours long. At this visit, we get to know each other, I learn about your health, your health history and desires and motivations for healing. I will give nutritional and herbal information and products as necessary as well as make possible lifestyle change suggestions. We will discuss short and long term plans for healing.

There are almost always follow up visits that last for about a half hour to one hour. We discuss changes you have made, herbs you have been taking and your overall health. We will then talk about supporting you in your long term health, changing formulas, and additions to the therapies.
